In a recent interview with the amazing talent that is Diamante, she reflected about her past and the inspirations that brought her to this point in her career. "It was a combination of things. When I was 14 I went to a School of Rock Summer Camp for the first time and that was when I was exposed to rock music for the first time. I got to cover Blondie, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and that’s when I really fell in love with classic rock, and then I started diving in a little deeper and realized I really resonated with the woman from the 80’s like Joan Jett, Pat Beneath, Stevie Nicks. And I think it had something to do with first rock concert I saw when I was 14, Judas Priest. Something about the energy of that show just captivated me so much and from then on I knew I wanted to play more rock music.
" My favorite tracks were Pat Benatar: We Belong, Joan Jett: Bad Reputation,
Ann Wilson: Crazy on You, Alone"
